Booking Cancellation
Cancellations must be informed via call or WhatsApp.
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before the travel date.
Cancellation Charges
7 days or more before travel: Minimal or no cancellation charges
3–6 days before travel: 25% of booking amount
1–2 days before travel: 50% of booking amount
Same day cancellation / No show: 100% charge

Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refund will be made through the original mode of payment or as agreed.
Rescheduling Policy
Travel dates can be rescheduled based on availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 2–3 days in advance.
Important Notes
Cancellation policy may vary for customized or group packages.
Any third-party bookings (hotels, permits, etc.) may have separate cancellation rules.
In case of natural issues (weather, road conditions), changes may be required for safety.
